Lot 637 McCubbin Way is a secluded 32 lot medium density development in the heart of Caroline Springs.  Its singular access is via a steel railed bridge overlooking a picturesque waterway.

Landplan designed and fully managed the project up to and including construction.  Furthermore, Landplan played an important role in ensuring that appropriate environmental management measures were adopted by the Principal Contractor to safeguard the adjacent waterway.

2 John Street & 12-20 Miller St, Brunswick East

The redevelopment of a former quarry and landfill site to 120 medium to low density residential allotments posed several challenges including contamination issues, drainage retention requirements, inflated electrical costs and managing two different clients under a joint venture. 

Landplan's adaptability and practical approach ensured that both parties needs were being addressed without the element of any favouritism. 

 

Wisteria Lane, Caroline Springs

Wisteria Lane, is a small medium density subdivision in Caroline Springs that takes its inspiration from the street of the same name in the television series, Desperate Housewives.

Landplan's role was to ensure that all civil works were provided as required by the builder in a demanding time frame and to ensure there were no service conflicts.

This is a multi-unit development consisting of 28 lots. Landplan’s role encompasses many aspects including design, project management, City West Water infrastructure design, contract administration, construction management and financial management.
