Developed by Gibling Brothers Unident, this project is an industrial development consisting of 17 industrial lots and 170m of road network.
The road network for this project is the "missing link" and when constructed will allow the existing industrial development to gain access to Riverside Avenue.
Landplan was engaged to provide infrastructure design of roads, drainage, sewer and electrical facilities as well as project management and co-ordination of sub-consultants, contract administration and site supervision.
Design and construction management of this project included extensive fill operations in a re-claimed flood overlay, servicing for roads and drains, sewer, water reticulation, electricity and telecommunications. The project also involved external site infrastructure of trunk sewers and water main extension for South East Water, an intersection upgrade for Cardinia Shire and scheme drains for Melbourne Water.
The project comprised 25 industrial allotments in Laverton North. Landplan provided design and construction management services for roads, drains, sewer, water reticulation, electricity and telecommunications.
Also included in this project was a trunk sewer for City West Water, intersection upgrades for Vic Roads, a culvert structure over Cherry Creek with requisite flood modelling analysis for Melbourne Water and a sub-arterial road for Wyndham City Council.
The project was an infill industrial site composed of 38 allotments. Our role included engineering design as well as service authority negotiation and agreement.
Design and construction management services included roads and drains, on-site detention, sewer and water reticulation, electricity and telecommunications, as well as asset management and protection of existing Yarra Valley Water distribution water mains.
