Project Stages

The client process is modular, giving our client the choice to review the various proposals and option to proceed at three distinct stages:

• Feasibility study and financial analysis
• Design and development
• Construction management

Project Commencement

The process begins with a client’s request for quotation.

• Our Project Manager prepares a feasibility study and financial analysis, and
• if accepted by the client the next stage is undertaken.
• Our design team prepares all relevant plans and designs in accordance with pertinent standards, codes and design guidelines from which tender and contract documents are prepared.
• Following acceptance by the client a construction management proposal is prepared and if accepted the construction process is monitored to completion.

Project Management

The project is managed at all stages taking into account all necessary resourcing, reporting, measurement and analysis.

• Auditing takes place at various stages of the project.
• Analysis and reporting, including client satisfaction, allows the company to demonstrate compliance to the high standards it sets out to achieve.
• At the end of each project a Post Contract Review and Project Review are completed to foster our continuous improvement process.
