Brent Gleeson, Project Manager
Brent has over 10 years experience, with expertise in land development projects (residential and industrial subdivision). Brent is actively involved in all facets of the business, in particular construction, contract administration and feasibility assessment. Brent is responsible for the delivery of all civil projects ensuring that budget and time frames are adhered to for all projects.
Catherine J Santos, Senior Civil Engineer
Catherine has over 12 years experience in the civil engineering industry. Catherine's role encompasses many aspects including authorisation of civil design plans, delivery of civil projects from inception to approval from authorities. Catherine's role also involves feasibility assessment and project management of land development projects, as well as minor and major infrastructure projects for local government.
Frank Kalogiros, Construction Manager
Frank has over 15 years experience in the land development industry, and has worked both in the public and private sector. Throughout this time he has built strong working relationships with various groups, including authorities, developers, contractors and sub-contractors. Frank also provides an independent review of both civil design plans and schedule of quantities prior to the project tendering phase.
Michael Shirley, Civil Designer
Michael is a Civil Designer/Draftsperson for the company. Michael joined us in 2006 and brought with him over 9 years of design and drafting experience. Experiences from different engineering firms have diversified Michael's approach to civil/infrastructure projects giving the company an edge in design. He has extensive experience in modelling, plan documentation and production.
Chris Gleeson, Civil Draftsperson
Chris joined the company in 2006 and is currently in the position of Civil Draftsperson. Chris has attained certificates in engineering and business management. Chris is responsible for preparation, implementation and finalisation of all engineering plans. His role is to manage drawing control with all key stakeholders for land development projects.
